Commercial Building Lease

A national professional firm approached us to seek advice on a proposed lease for large premises which it intended to occupy.

We provided a four page critique of the draft lease containing numerous recommendations.

Together with that letter, the proposed lease was then forwarded to a national law firm which recorded that it had nothing further to add.

All recommendations bar one were accepted by the property developer/investor. No negative affects have been experienced by the tenant since lease commencement.
